Cancellation Policy

Shaws Hair Co. will charge 30% for same day cancelation and 100% for no-shows. If you are sick, please rebook your appointment. If you need to rebook, please do so via phone or on our website (ShawsHairCo.GlossGenius.com) within 24 hours prior to appointment for no payment penalties. Shaw’s Hair Co. has a 10 min grace period for all guest and their appointment time. After 10 mins, you will be offered to rebook with a 30% charge of your current appointment. If you choose NOT to rebook on the day of your appointment, Shaw’s Hair Co. will charge a no-show fee of 50% of the booked appointment. Please refrain from bringing any additional guests, as we at Shaw's Hair Co. like to provide an atmosphere of serenity for all.
